�Are You Fat? Yes I am!�

Tell the truth about your self, because if you don�t, then �others� will-behind your back! This is what I did, and I have to admit, it made me feel a whole lot better, to me say it than they, and it does take the wind from out of them-what else can people say?

Stop being flimsy about it, by saying, �I�m a little over weight� when you give room for them to think: Your Fat! I can assure you, I do know what it is like to be Fat, I did not like it-one little bit; but I faced up to it, and admitted to my self, I was Fat! Yes, I got stressed, and suffered fatigue; but I still said it, that I was Fat, and often made a joke about it to make me feel better. It always worked.

You cannot carry on that way, as you do need to do something about it�as I did. To help me in that, I went out to buy a pair of trousers at 32in waist band, I knew that would not fit, but I liked them and bought them. I did try them on, but there was a massive gap, not enabling me to do them-up, as this mountain was something that needed to be removed�guess-what? Within a year, I was able to wear those trousers; quite proudly, I might add. Simply because I admitted that I was fat, joked about it, but at the same time DID something about it. You should do the same!
Don�t let it stand in your way, start today. Go out and buy the Skirt; dress; Trousers, to the size you want to be, put it in your closet/wardrobe, and from time to time pull it out, look at your self in the mirror, and say, as I used to say: �I�m going to wear these, or this, one day very soon!!�

Remember, You dictate to your circumstances; don�t let IT, dictate to you!� You�re the champ, by doing this, I can promise you, and things will start to change, for the better, as they did with me. You have then decided to go on the road to recovery, of your dignity, self esteem; where people will look at you again, that you will regain long lost friends; have a better job. You will see the world in a better way, than you have before. If you�re single, you can be the attractive, handsome person you can be able; and that they (opposite sex) will show more interest to wards you for dating.

Recap... What do you need to do? Admit the Truth about your self;! You need to say, �I�m Fat! Have a good laugh, joke about it; so that others can�t hurt your feelings. Get the appropriate clothing that you need, like, to feel comfortable in; for when you have lost that fat.Then find the appropriate program that you feel that would be right for you, where you will not loose any money; like I did.
