“Are You Fat? Yes I am!”

Tell the truth about your self, because if you don’t, then “others” will-behind your back! This is what I did, and I have to admit, it made me feel a whole lot better, to me say it than they, and it does take the wind from out of them-what else can people say?

Stop being flimsy about it, by saying, “I’m a little over weight” when you give room for them to think: Your Fat! I can assure you, I do know what it is like to be Fat, I did not like it-one little bit; but I faced up to it, and admitted to my self, I was Fat! Yes, I got stressed, and suffered fatigue; but I still said it, that I was Fat, and often made a joke about it to make me feel better. It always worked.

You cannot carry on that way, as you do need to do something about it…as I did. To help me in that, I went out to buy a pair of trousers at 32in waist band, I knew that would not fit, but I liked them and bought them. I did try them on, but there was a massive gap, not enabling me to do them-up, as this mountain was something that needed to be removed…guess-what? Within a year, I was able to wear those trousers; quite proudly, I might add. Simply because I admitted that I was fat, joked about it, but at the same time DID something about it. You should do the same!
Don’t let it stand in your way, start today. Go out and buy the Skirt; dress; Trousers, to the size you want to be, put it in your closet/wardrobe, and from time to time pull it out, look at your self in the mirror, and say, as I used to say: ”I’m going to wear these, or this, one day very soon!!”

Remember, You dictate to your circumstances; don’t let IT, dictate to you!” You’re the champ, by doing this, I can promise you, and things will start to change, for the better, as they did with me. You have then decided to go on the road to recovery, of your dignity, self esteem; where people will look at you again, that you will regain long lost friends; have a better job. You will see the world in a better way, than you have before. If you’re single, you can be the attractive, handsome person you can be able; and that they (opposite sex) will show more interest to wards you for dating.

Recap... What do you need to do? Admit the Truth about your self;! You need to say, “I’m Fat! Have a good laugh, joke about it; so that others can’t hurt your feelings. Get the appropriate clothing that you need, like, to feel comfortable in; for when you have lost that fat.Then find the appropriate program that you feel that would be right for you, where you will not loose any money; like I did. Almost 108 million Americans were overweight or obese in 1999. Until now, obesity continues to be a serious problem and is predicted to reach epidemic levels by the year 2020.
One way to prevent this scenario is to make people aware of the risks of being overweight or obese.
Here are some diseases that you are putting yourself in risk of if you are carrying a lot of extra pounds:
1. heart disease 2. stroke 3. diabetes 4. cancer 5. arthritis 6. hypertension
Losing weight helps to prevent and control these diseases.
The quick weight loss methods which have spread like fire these days do not provide lasting results. More often than not, dieting methods which involve dietary drinks, foods and supplement or pills do not work. If they do, the results are just temporary.
It is better to rely on a healthy weight loss option which will provide lifetime results. You have to set realistic goals and not expect to lose a lot of pounds in a short span of time.
Here are some tips on how you can lose those unwanted pounds the healthy way:
1. Do not starve your self.
The key to a healthier way of losing weight is: Do not diet. You may seem happy and feel that you are losing those unwanted flabs on your belly and thighs by skipping meals. But remember that this would not last long. Your body cannot tolerate having insufficient food to fuel the energy that you use up everyday.
If you get used to skipping one or two meals a day, your stored calories will be used up instead of the energy that should have been provided by your meals. So if you just eat one huge sandwich in one day, it will end up straight to your problem area (i.e. highs, buttocks, hips).
2. Start your day right.
Mothers always say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Have a healthy meal in the morning to jump-start your metabolism.
Your food intake after you wake up will be used to burn fat all day long.
3. Eat small, healthy meals frequently.
Five small-serving snacks per day is better than three hearty meals. Eating more frequently, and in small servings, can prevent over-eating. This will also increase your metabolism and make calories burn faster.
4. Decide on how much weight you want to lose.
Keep your goals realistic. In the long run, it is virtually impossible for you to lose 40 pounds in 2 weeks. Have a mindset that you want to eat healthy to stay healthy for the rest of your life.
Once you have decided on a weight loss plan or program, stick to it and make sure that you follow your own set of dieting rules.
5. Drink lots of water.
Your body needs sufficient water to burn fat and keep your cells hydrated and healthy.
6. Avoid too much sugar.
Plan your meals around lots of fruits and vegetables, some bread, rice or pasta for that carbo fix that you need, plus lean meat and protein rich-foods. Sweets, sodas and pastries should be once-in-a-while indulgences only.
7. Watch your fat intake.
Fat is not the culprit to being overweight. You need this to keep your weight at the proper level.
There is such a thing as healthy fats. Olive, peanuts and canola oil have them. Tuna, salmon and mackerel have omega-3 fats which is good for the heart.
8. Exercise.
Leave your car if you are only going a few blocks from home, take the stairs instead of the elevator, jog, cycle or skate. Make sure that you do this regularly and you will not even notice that you are already shedding pounds with these mundane activities.
It does not matter how much weight you plan or need to lose. What is important is that you set realistic goals for yourself.
Go slow. If you have already lost 5 or 6 pounds, give yourself a break then try to lose the next 5 pounds.

It is for this reason why a lot of people are searching for a weight loss technique that will surely trim down those fats and get a super slim head turner body.
The first thing that an over-weight should do is seek a doctor to recommend the best weight loss regimen. This will be done after a full physical examination, which leads to the determination of proper weight loss technique. And to lose weight fast and effectively four aspects of life should be changed: what to eat, how to eat, behavior and activity level.
Here are fast tips that can change an over-weight's life:
First: Fast weight loss composes of a multi-faceted technique that consists mindset, exercise, and in other cases, diet supplements. Sometimes it is said, "two heads are better than one!" The simple reason for this, that the idea that you have projected in your mind may need additional assistance from a further mind!On that basis, you can then make a final decision.
Whatever you do from here on in "plan your work and work your plan!"
We are talking about websites. Now, what is said above, relates to anything in projecting a thought to an idea, that can make you money.
Part of your plan for a website is to choose a name.
What is a name?
It is vitally important that you choose a name, that can actually relate to something of your idea, or a product, or something that will combine the two!
This factor is vitally important to the idea that you have actually projected in your mind, that it should bring you great success, providing the plan that you have planned, is put to work in a proper, orderly fashion, and is set out ideally appealing to the prospective customer/client!

There is no question that that this company is a solid foundation. It is only through people that want to make it, to have that financial freedom. That is what makes the Company stand out amongst the crowd; to give it that foundation.
People are a big letdown; as they only see the MONEY, and NOT the DREAM!
If they see the dream, and helped people to achieve theirs; then people would rocket the company to the moon and back.
People also can be lazy; and just hope the money will fall in their laps - but this will never happen; only by a mere chance of the lottery win whatever the currency! These people will never help their down line; that is why I wanted to quit!
The simple reason is, if my up-line reaped of me, due to my hard work, they would benefit from that; 'which I think is totally unfair'!
The company founders should do something about this; if they don’t work, then they should fall beneath those that work hard to achieving their dream!

By applying that sort of practice; would be a good code of ethics’, more people would join the organisation
knowing that there dream will work, because they are working for THEMSELVES; and would want to help others who want to share in that very same dream.

These people who would deeply want to work hard with those in there team, will only succeed to financial freedom, through their own sweat and tears.

In my dream, I have advertised this through many links; and not a whisper! So many people look at it, but allow it to pass them by!
Today, I realise that people could come and look not just ones, but two, to three times, before they make that final decision, as this was in my case.
I think, with the niggling thought what if I give up? What if...
...then all of a sudden the ice breaks and the land-slide happens; how would I ever forgive my self; into being so stupid,
that such odds are greater than winning the lottery of all those millions!
Money coming that way with me, would not give me all the happiness, which I already have in Christ.
There is no other way to achieve the financial happiness but to work for it; and the happiness that you can have, will always remain; with the misery left behind!
What do I do? Do I quit, simply because I have a lazy up-line who do not care if I quit, or die, simply they proberly think that another will take my place, to fulfil their dream! By the way ( I mean Money- to line their pockets!) the pure $$$ signs, and not the dream.
This type of Up-line I have no time for.

By me quitting, I lose all; my self esteem, my pride, my dignity and my self respect. I would also have lost the will to fight.
Where yesterday, I was all out to do just that; today, I just had that ‘still silent witness’ within to continue on, and come through, by helping others to fulfil their dreams and ambitions to achieve financial success! Thinking of the dream!
To fight for the right, to Override those Up-liners; not just in my up-line, but those in other lines of the company, so they may enjoy the fruits of their labour, and don’t mind the others in their up line reaping there hard work.
Everyone should pull together, for the common good towards other men, women and child, in helping within their lives.
We are in a troubled ecnomic crises, and people are in finacial trouble, people are looking for ways to suppliment their income.
It is vitally important we pull together!

I'm about to tell you in all my years of experience what the duties of a private investigator/detective? There is a difference, one grade is higher than the other; in other words you have to know what your doing!
The duties of private detectives and investigators depend on the needs of the general public.
Detectives and investigators must be mindful of the law when conducting investigations. The legality of certain methods may be unclear, and investigators and detectives must make judgment calls when deciding how to pursue a case.

Information

Private detectives and investigators assist individuals, businesses, and Lawer's by finding and analysing information. Computers allow investigators to quickly obtain huge amounts of information such as a subjects prior arrests, convictions, and civil legal judgments; telephone numbers; motor vehicle registrations; association and club memberships; and even photographs.

In other cases, especially those involving missing persons and background checks, investigators interview people to gather as much information as possible about an individual. Sometimes investigators go undercover, pretending to be someone else to get information or to observe a subject inconspicuously. Legal investigators also may collect information on the parties to the litigation, take photographs, testify in court, and assemble evidence and reports for trials.

What do they investigate?

Some investigate computer crimes, such as identity theft, harassing e-mails, and illegal downloading of copyrighted material.
